Job summary

EEI Power is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to supervise on-site infrastructure projects in the Philippines. You will lead construction teams, ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and quality requirements, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to sustain workflow.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with CM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in construction, preferably infrastructure.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regs.
• Proven site management and leadership ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with CM software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• PMP or safety certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Monitor daily progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Review and approve work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Control costs and minimize waste while maintaining productivity.
• Report site progress and challenges to senior management regularly.
