Job summary

Jayar Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations in the Philippines to supervise construction activities, ensure projects finish on time and within budget, and enforce safety and quality standards.

The role leads project teams, optimizes processes, and drives efficiency across multiple sites. The candidate will plan, execute, and oversee initiatives, coordinate with diverse teams, identify risks, and report progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years in project management (construction industry).
• Strong PM skills, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive project success.
