Signatures Development Corp. is seeking a Project Development Supervisor to support planning, evaluation, and coordination of real estate development projects from concept to turnover.
The role includes feasibility studies, site analysis, project documentation, design coordination, permit tracking, and cross-functional follow-through to ensure smooth progression through the development pipeline. The position requires collaboration with the Project Development Manager and multiple internal teams
The Project Development Supervisor supports the planning, evaluation, and coordination of real estate development projects from concept development to project launch and turnover support.
The role is responsible for assisting in feasibility studies, market and site analysis, project documentation, design coordination, permit tracking, and cross-functional follow-through to ensure projects move smoothly through the development pipeline.
This position works closely with the Project Development Manager and other internal teams to monitor timelines, consolidate requirements, and help drive project readiness and execution.
Helps supervise the fulfillment of project deliverables and the achievement of milestones, ensuring progress is on track in accordance to the timeline and supporting the formulation of action plans in case of delays.
Assists in all manner of preparing project feasibility studies and development evaluations, applying foundational knowledge in data gathering for business case presentations and recommendations.
Assists in tracking development-related budgets, cost assumptions, and project expenditures.
Assists in developing project concepts and planning recommendations based on market and project requirements.
Helps prepare project briefs, development presentations, and approval materials.
Supports the processing and monitoring of permits, clearances, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinates document submissions and follow-ups with consultants, internal departments, and relevant government agencies.
Coordinates project-related requirements across departments and teams such as: Construction, finance, legal, sales, leasing, procurement, and property management.
Follows through on requests, dependencies, or any pending action items, and support internal meetings and documentation thereof.
Assists in coordinating meetings with consultants, agencies, and internal teams, and supports stakeholder communications and documentation requirements related to project development activities.
Prepares minutes of the meeting, summaries, and follow-up action logs.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a construction project management context
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of project planning, assisting in resource management and ensuring compliance under supervision.
Understands basic project execution principles, assisting in the monitoring of project deliverables and ensuring adherence to the timeline under supervision.
