Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work is required.
• 8 hours of relevant training required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training on SWDI, 4Ps Kilos-Unlad Case Management, technical writing, program monitoring and evaluation, data management and analysis, and social welfare and protection is preferred.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in program monitoring and evaluation, SWDI, post-service delivery, and social welfare and protection is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of post-service interventions, including graduation and exit procedures of the 4Ps and SWDI validation.
• Lead policy enhancement initiatives for PSU and provide technical assistance, monitoring, and oversight to at least two regional offices.
• Provide guidance to Regional Case Managers and stakeholders on post-service interventions and related processes.
• Review regional reports to support planning, policy development, and performance improvement.
• Design and maintain dashboards and data tools to monitor post-service activities and program outcomes.
• Act as GAD Focal and DSPMS Focal for the division and ensure timely reporting.
• Contribute policy inputs and position papers on proposed issuances.
• Develop and update guidelines and monitoring tools for case management and SWDI implementation.
