You will oversee preliminary civil engineering layouts, including site earthworks, internal access roads, drainage systems, and site preparation plans for micro-siting optimization.
Evaluate terrain characteristics, slope stability, site grading feasibility, and access route suitability (including turbine/heavy equipment transportation logistics and swept path considerations) for onshore wind and solar layouts
Oversee preliminary civil engineering layouts, including site earthworks (cut-and-fill volume estimates), internal access roads, drainage systems, and site preparation plans for micro-siting optimization
Manage and review third-party technical deliverables, including geotechnical investigations, hydrological/drainage studies, and preliminary civil design reports
Assist in drafting technical scopes of work (SOW), reviewing contractor bidding documents, and evaluating third-party civil, geotechnical, and engineering consultancy proposals
Conduct regular site visits to perform civil engineering site evaluations, monitor terrain and logistical constraints, and validate critical pre-construction and project development milestones
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid PRC ID
3–5 years of active experience in civil engineering design, land development, or infrastructure projects
At least 2–3 years of dedicated experience within the Renewable Energy industry (specifically utility‑scale solar or onshore wind projects) is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of engineering and spatial software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, QGIS / ArcGIS, Google Earth Pro, and basic exposure to structural or hydrological evaluation tools
Proven experience in civil site assessments, access road routing, earthwork calculations, and interpreting geotechnical and hydrological reports for site development
Highly willing to travel and be assigned to frequent fieldworks across various regional project sites.
