Job summary

Filinvest Alabang Inc. is seeking a Project Development Manager to support the real estate development team in Brentville. The role is based in Alabang and will involve coordinating across multiple functions to drive project success.

You will oversee design reviews, pricing, financial planning, and milestone tracking while addressing risks and organizing stakeholder meetings with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Civil Engineering-related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Development in Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and implementing projects.
• Coordinate construction matters and obtain design approvals.
• Oversee project management and coordinate meetings, design workshops, and financial presentations.
• Identify blockers and propose immediate solutions.
• Monitor pricing and sales performance for assigned projects; reference pricing and amenities as applicable.
• Prepare financial plan assumptions, pricelists, and term sheets.
• Coordinate with departments to meet deliverables and submit status reports.

Job Description

• Assists the Project Manager in ensuring the proper coordination and implementation of all projects
• Coordinate construction matters and solutions in relation to review and design approvals.
• Oversee the project management requirements and coordinate and organize technical meetings, design workshop, financial study presentation to Bosses. Take charge on the project progress, issues and concerns.
• Identify the potential stumbling blocks for the project and propose solutions immediately.
• Conducts periodic scanning of competitors of assigned projects. (Reference pricing, unit types/features, amenities, unit/building finishes, etc.) Monitors sales performance on projects assignment.
• Monitors pricing, payment terms changes/revisions. Prepares financial plan assumptions, pricelists, term sheets
• Coordinates with various departments to ensure deliverables are met based on agreed dates. Submits project status report, updates project timetables.

Other needed requirements;

• Bachelor's Degree of any Business, Finance, Civil Engineer related courses
• With at least 5 years of experience in Project Development specifically in Real Estate
