You will manage design management, project plan development, due diligence, and stakeholder reporting for hospitality and premium residential projects, coordinating multiple vendors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Project Costing on hospitality and premium residential projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and contractors.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for technical updates.

• Project Plan: Develop comprehensive project timetables and drive progress through active participation in budget planning and high-stakes project meetings.
• Operational Excellence: Multi-task across a diverse portfolio of projects, maintaining rigorous organizational standards to keep timelines on track and quality uncompromised.
• Due Diligence & Compliance: Support the firm’s growth by assisting in technical and legal due diligence, ensuring all projects are built on a foundation of sound data and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage client expectations with confidence, preparing and delivering sophisticated technical reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights.

What You Bring to the Table

• Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. With experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Costing on hospitality and premium residential projects.
