Job summary

TAJARA Hospitality seeks a meticulous Project Development Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to bridge design and execution. This role acts as technical heartbeat across architecture, design teams, and contractors to ensure high standards.

You will manage design management, project plan development, due diligence, and stakeholder reporting for hospitality and premium residential projects, coordinating multiple vendors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Project Costing on hospitality and premium residential projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and contractors.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for technical updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between architects, interior designers and contractors.
• Develop project timetables and participate in budget planning.
• Maintain organization to ensure timelines and quality.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
