Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and execution of residential and mixed-use projects across planning, design, approvals, construction, turnover, and operations.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to align timelines, budgets, deliverables, and objectives.
• Spearhead business case development with market research, financial modeling, execution strategy, and risk assessment for management approval.
• Monitor project performance, financials, schedules, and readiness; provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, sales, marketing, construction, and property management to ensure efficient execution and issue resolution.
• Support sales and marketing through product positioning, market insights, inventory strategy, and launch readiness.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, permits, and governance across the lifecycle.
• Review and evaluate plans, technical recommendations, variation orders, and execution strategies for alignment with objectives and budget.
• Manage SAP-related processes including contracts, sales monitoring, budget tracking, payments, and documentation.
• Support strategic planning, portfolio management, and special projects as assigned by Project Development leadership.

About the role

The Project Development Assistant Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end development, execution, and operational performance of assigned residential and mixed-use projects from planning and business case development to construction, sales support, turnover, and operations. The role leads cross-functional project teams and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are strategically positioned, financially viable, market-responsive, and delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end development and execution of residential and mixed-use projects covering planning, design coordination, approvals, construction, sales support, turnover, and operations
• Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project objectives
• Spearhead business case development for pipeline projects, including market research, competitor analysis, financial modeling, execution strategy, and risk assessment for management approval
• Monitor project performance, financials, schedules, and operational readiness, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for decision-making
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, sales, marketing, construction, and property management teams to ensure execution efficiency and timely issue resolution
