Job summary

Eastwest Ageas Insurance is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to coordinate day-to-day execution of Operations Transformation initiatives, turning priorities into detailed tasks, timelines, and outputs under the Operations Transformation Head.

You will manage plans, RAID logs, UAT planning, release readiness, and benefits evidence, while collaborating across operations, technology, finance, data, risk, compliance, distribution, vendors, and business teams to ensure timely delivery in a regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Certification or training in project management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, business analysis, or process improvement is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in project delivery, business transformation, operations, process improvement, change management, governance, UAT coordination, or related work.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project business case inputs, including problem statements, cost-benefit assumptions, dependencies, risks, success measures, and stakeholder inputs for review and approval.
• Coordinate assigned initiatives from planning through implementation, PIR support, benefits evidence gathering, and closure, within the approved roadmap and governance set by the Operations Transformation Head.
• Maintain project-level plans, stage-gate checklists, RAID/action/decision logs, milestone plans, dependencies, release readiness documents, and status or decision inputs.
• Track project timelines, flag delays early, chase action owners, and elevate blockers or risks to the Operations Transformation Head when intervention or trade-off decisions are required.
• Coordinate requirements readiness, UAT planning and execution, defect triage, retesting, business sign-off, and go/no-go checks across requirements, testing, controls, communications, training, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate implementation, release activities, training logistics, communications follow-through, stakeholder feedback, and adoption support for assigned initiatives.
• Support PIRs, document lessons learned, track post-release issues, complete corrective action follow-ups, and prepare expected vs. actual benefits and operational impact evidence for validation.
• Confirm inputs on process, controls, quality, SOP impact, and readiness, and inputs on systems, automation, testing, and technical delivery.
• Handle FTR/OUR reconciliation as an additional BAU task

About the role

The Project Delivery Lead coordinates the day-to-day execution of assigned Operations Transformation initiatives, converting approved priorities into detailed tasks, timelines, trackers, meetings, follow-ups, and delivery outputs under the direction of the Operations Transformation Head. This role focuses on project-level delivery coordination, including project plans, RAID and action logs, owner follow-ups, UAT coordination, release checklists, implementation support, PIR documentation, lessons learned, and benefits evidence for assigned initiatives.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Certification or training in project management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, business analysis, or process improvement is an advantage.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project delivery, business transformation, operations, process improvement, change management, governance, UAT coordination, or related work. Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment is preferred.

Skills:
