Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation in Metro Manila, Taguig, is seeking a Senior PMO/Portfolio Lead to drive governance, reporting, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across business and technology units.

The role requires 7+ years in PMO or transformation, strong stakeholder management, and experience building executive dashboards and strategic plans. You will partner with global teams to align priorities, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of complex programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Transformation, or Technology Delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with governance, portfolio reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting packs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Insurance, Health, Benefits, Financial Services, Consulting, or Technology organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting portfolio management, PMO functions, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to technology transformation, digital initiatives, automation, AI, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of business case development, financial tracking, and benefits realization management.
• Experience working with geographically distributed global teams.
