Archipelago Builders Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Cost Controller to oversee project costs and ensure budget compliance across active construction projects. The role focuses on monitoring expenditures, validating requests, and maintaining accurate cost records.

You will coordinate with departments and project teams, verify cost coding, prepare forecasts, and support timely documentation of all cost-related transactions to help drive efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate material, cash, and project-related requests to ensure proper cost allocation and budget compliance.
• Monitor and track project expenditures, resource utilization, and cost performance.
• Coordinate with different Departments and Project Teams regarding project requirements and cost-related transactions.
• Process and maintain records of project requests, expenses, and supporting documentation.
• Verify cost coding, task allocation, and charge assignments for project transactions.
• Prepare and update cost monitoring reports, forecasts, and expense summaries.
• Assist in the analysis and forecasting of project costs, including materials, equipment, and operational expenses.
• Ensure timely processing and proper documentation of project-related requests and transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile transferred materials, assets, and inter-project charges.
• Support project teams by coordinating urgent requirements and facilitating timely resolution of cost and resource-related concerns.
