Nimerra Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for MEPFS to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems on assigned projects in the Philippines. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and site supervision to deliver quality results.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering, relevant licensure, and at least 5 years in MEPFS construction with 2–3 years in project management, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering or related field.
• Preferably licensed mechanical or licensed electrical engineer.
• Minimum 5 years in MEPFS construction with 2–3 years in PM or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, CHW, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Strong planning, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling skills.
• Experience reading shop drawings, specs, and technical documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety, QA/QC, and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of MEPFS projects.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and manpower deployment.
• Monitor expenses, materials, labor costs, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure QA/QC and code compliance of installations.
• Manage material requisitions, procurement, and delivery schedules.
• Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and reports.
• Ensure health and safety requirements across sites.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, inspections, punch lists, turnover.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and delays.
• Prepare progress reports and project status updates for management.

Position: Project Manager – MEPFS

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPFS construction projects, including at least 2–3 years in project management or a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Chilled Water Systems (CHW), Electrical Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, and Fire Protection Systems.
• Strong background in project planning, implementation, monitoring, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with construction standards, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Experience in managing manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Oversee the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of MEPFS construction projects.
2. Site Supervision: Ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary works are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
3. Project Scheduling: Develop and monitor project schedules, work programs, manpower deployment, and construction activities.
4. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, material consumption, labor costs, and overall project profitability.
5. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, QA/QC standards, and applicable codes.
7. Material Management: Oversee material requisitions, procurement coordination, delivery schedules, and equipment availability.
8. Documentation: Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, RFAs, method statements, progress reports, and other project documentation within delegated authority.
9. Safety Compliance: Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety requirements across project sites.
10. Testing and Commissioning: Supervise testing, commissioning, inspection, punch listing, and project turnover activities.
11. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues, construction conflicts, project delays, and operational concerns.
12. Progress Reporting: Prepare and present project accomplishment reports, schedules, cost updates, and project status to management.
