Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensuring HVAC and general construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, and per specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and adherence to quality standards. Based in Pampanga with nationwide site assignment, you will review plans, supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer.
• Experience in HVAC, MEPF, or construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD proficiency required.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding requirements and schedules.
• Ensure all construction and HVAC works comply with plans and engineering standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems and related works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to company and project standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site concerns in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports and maintain records.
• Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.

About the role

The Project Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring project activities are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding project requirements and schedules

• Ensure all construction and HVAC installation works are performed according to approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment, and related mechanical works

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards

• Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to company quality standards and project specifications

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements

• Identify and resolve technical issues, construction conflicts, and site concerns in coordination with the project team

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports and maintain accurate records of site activities

• Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer

• Experience in HVAC, MEPF, or construction projects is preferred

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methodologies, and engineering practices
