Job summary

BSO IRELAND LIMITED is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in the Philippines. You will facilitate communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and help manage service cessations and related records.

This role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Odoo. You will coordinate shipping and returns of hardware, issue notices to suppliers, and ensure accurate billing closure with Finance.

Qualifications

• 12 months of telecom experience.
• Strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Familiarity with supplier contract management.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking.

Your role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the operational and administrative aspects of our Project Management team. The role involves facilitating seamless communication, ensuring efficient coordination, and maintaining accurate records to streamline the management of customer requests, service cessation, and supplier contracts.

Responsibilities

Skills & Qualities

• Experience: 12 months of experience in a telecom environment, with exposure to project coordination or similar roles.

• Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Odoo, and basic knowledge of supplier contract management.

• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
