About the role
As a Project Coordinator within the PMO, you will provide organized, reliable support for U.S. healthcare programs spanning operations, technology, compliance, and client delivery. Working in partnership with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and cross‑functional teams, you will help maintain project plans and documentation, coordinate meetings and schedules, track commitments, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and next steps.
Key responsibilities
- Support project execution from initiation through transition and closeout under the guidance of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, action-item logs, and task assignments; follow up with owners to support timely completion.
- Coordinate project meetings, working sessions, implementation activities, and cross‑functional dependencies across Operations, Technology, Product, Quality, Client Services, and other teams.
- Monitor due dates, deliverables, and resource commitments, and promptly surface delays, conflicts, or missing information.
- Create, update, and organize project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and governance artifacts in accordance with PMO standards.
- Capture clear meeting notes, decisions, owners, and due dates; distribute minutes and follow‑up items promptly.
- Maintain accurate and current project files, templates, trackers, and shared repositories so teams have reliable access to project information.
- Support project health reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, portfolio updates, and data validation by gathering and consolidating accurate project information.
- Maintain positive, professional working relationships with project team members, business partners, and client stakeholders.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; ensure each item has a clear owner, target date, and current status.
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two or more years of experience in project coordination, project administration, implementation support, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, meetings, and documentation requirements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, complete, and timely project records.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including professional email, meeting notes, status updates, and presentations.
