We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare implementation projects across multiple business functions. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
This position requires strong leadership, project planning expertise, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment while driving projects to completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
Partner with stakeholders to define, align, and communicate project goals, scope, and objectives.
Identify project timelines, resource requirements, task dependencies, and implementation plans.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
Lead project execution using established project management methodologies and tools.
Manage cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Training, Technology, Telecommunications, Human Capital, and other business partners.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, work orders, project plans, issue logs, lessons learned, risk assessments, and project closure documents.
Build and lead high-performing project teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and elevate concerns as needed.
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned across project implementations.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Minimum 5+ years of PMO experience with a strong background in strategic projects, end-to-end project governance, and successful implementations.
U.S. Healthcare experience or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects, including at least one implementation outside of an Information Systems business function.
Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and other project management platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on long-term business objectives.
Willingness to work the EMEA shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be assigned in Makati.
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including:
HL7 v2, HL7 v3, and CDA
Knowledge of healthcare integration platforms such as:
InterSystems IRIS
Infor Cloverleaf
NextGen Mirth Connect
Or equivalent integration tools
Technical proficiency in:
T-SQL and procedural scripting
