Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator for a project-based, two-year contract in Central Luzon. You will support daily project operations, manage schedules, and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery and compliant documentation.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 5–10 years in beverage production lines and machine installations, and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Willing to be based within Tarlac, Central Luzon.
• 5–10 years experience in beverage production lines and machine installations preferred.
• Experience in construction processes and auxiliary/utility installations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project update reports for the team and steering committee.
• Coordinate daily office operations and provide admin support.
• Schedule and manage project-related meetings and appointments.
• Collaborate with OEM suppliers across multiple countries.
• Communicate with Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines counterparts.
• Liaise with various government institutions for permits.
