We are seeking a Projects Associate Manager (Mechanical) to join our Engineering & Projects Team and lead the successful execution of mechanical and capital engineering projects across our manufacturing network.

Role Overview:

The Projects Associate Manager is responsible for delivering mechanical and capital projects across manufacturing sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution from concept to commissioning. The role partners closely with plant teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project completion while supporting operational performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-e nd CAPEX projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and close-out.
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise in design reviews, technical evaluations, and solution development.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead commissioning and handover activities to ensure assets meet operational and performance requirements.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a valid professional license.
• 5+ years of experience in CAPEX project delivery, mechanical engineering, and/or manufacturing operations.
• Strong technical expertise in Utilities (Refrigeration, HVAC, Steam systems, Compressed air systems, controls etc.)
• Proven experience managing mechanical projects from scoping, planning, design to commissioning.
• Knowledge and application skills of project management tools e.g. MS project, AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, contractor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
