Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO in monitoring performance across schedule, cost, risk, and reporting. The role ensures data from engineering, procurement, construction, and contractors is consolidated for timely management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project controls or PMO functions and experience on large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. Collaboration across disciplines and strong data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, coordination, planning, scheduling, or PMO.
• Experience in large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, hydropower, oil & gas, or industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls information from multiple teams.
• Maintain project controls trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor performance against schedules, milestones, and targets.
• Prepare and consolidate PMO reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Maintain risk, issues, and action tracking registers.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and PMO functions.
