Overview

The Project Control Staff are responsible for supporting the project control and management activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• They assist the Project Control Team Lead and project managers in monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting project performance, costs, schedules, and progress.
• They collaborate with various departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient project control, cost tracking, and reporting while adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications

• At least Engineering Graduate / Accounting Graduate or Equivalent is an advantage.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of Project control and Billing/Accounting principles.
• Has basic knowledge of OSP Project
• Accurate and timely support in project monitoring, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Compliance with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and client billing guidelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders.
• Timely and accurate preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, records, and reports.
