Job summary

China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd Philippine Branch - Main Office is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Controller for an on-site role in Gamu, Isabela. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and 2–3 years of experience in commercial, quantity surveying, cost control, or construction.

Experience with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients is advantageous; familiarity with BOQ, take-off, cost estimation, billing, variations, claims, and contracts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial, quantity surveying, cost control, or construction.
• Experience with construction projects is required.
• Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD/CostX/Primavera is an advantage.
