Job summary

Mevbuilt Incorporated in Quezon City is seeking a Project Cost Engineer to monitor costs, materials, and manpower for project execution. You will handle commercial concerns such as change orders, add/deduct and billings, ensuring alignment with project scope and client expectations.

The role requires an engineering degree (CE preferred) with 3+ years’ experience, and may involve supervising estimating activities and coordinating with QS/CCM teams onsite.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate preferably CE.
• Licensed / Not Licensed Engineer.
• At least 3 years’ experience w/ the position.

Responsibilities

• Develop the committed cost with WBS and estimate of all materials.
• Supervises and leads the estimating works together with other engineers for cost and reconcile with QS.
• Monitor project cost, coordinate with CCM and QS, check PR & P.O and cost proposals for changes.
• Lead the commercial team in the absence of the commercial head and delegate daily tasks.
• Check and control materials requests, issuances and deliveries through the Office Engineer and Warehouseman.
• Check and approve subcontractor billing.
• Prepare reports for weekly and monthly management meetings and for the client.
• Prepare Project Closeout report and closeout of all project accounts including P.O of Subcon and vendors.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the project through monitoring and analyzing in terms of cost, materials, manpower and other resources that are needed for the execution of the project. Also, for the PMT/Client concerns with regards to any commercial concerns such as change order proposals, additive/deductive and billings.

Duties and Responsibilities
