Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRDM or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial/preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions
• Performs background reference checks and assists with interviews as needed
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database
• Undertakes tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager
