Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Marketing.
• Background in advertising, brand partnerships, and university relations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with strong networking skills and the ability to represent VXI effectively at external events.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing and executing advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Support the management of brand partnerships, including coordinating with partners and tracking deliverables.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions to promote VXI's job openings and employment opportunities for students and alumni.
• Develop and implement collaborative programs and initiatives such as career talks, career fairs, internship programs, and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Initiate event planning and execution related to university engagement and brand promotions.
• Maintain organized records of advertising, brand partnerships and university partnerships assets.
