• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare benefits, healthcare spending accounts, claims support, account servicing, and financial healthcare programs.
• Provide exceptional customer support through inbound voice interactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, benefit information, enrollment concerns, payment-related questions, and service requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow established compliance, privacy, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.
• Consistently meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
