Qualifications

• 18 years old and above.
• High School graduate with at least six months of call center experience.
• Senior High School graduate with or without call center experience.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
• Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers.
• Resolve customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educate the customer on detailed product information.
• Document customer cases.
• Proper escalation, transfer and redirection of customer concerns.
• Learn and apply ongoing training and program updates to impact issue handling and overall customer satisfaction.
• Deal with problems and find solutions that are outside of the box.
