Job summary

ArkiZion Builders OPC is seeking a Project Manager to own multiple projects from kickoff to turnover in Luzon. The ideal candidate adapts quickly, teaches themselves, and leads site teams to deliver fast-track commercial fit-outs and institutional projects.

You will coordinate with clients, admins, and consultants, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure DOLE safety compliance on site. A strong PM background in architecture or civil engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture; Civil Engineering grads welcome with PM background.
• At least 2 years of construction management experience.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon.
• Adaptable to changing sites, scope, and priorities.
• Self-taught learner who picks up new software and standards on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Prepare and update project schedules and look-ahead plans; recover delays early.
• Monitor costs against BOQ/BOM and budget; validate progress billings.
• Lead, coach, and assign the site team (foremen and crews).
• Coordinate material and subcontractor requirements with Logistics Manager.
• Serve as main contact for clients, mall/building admins, and consultants.
• Process change orders with the Principal Architect while protecting design intent.
• Secure work permits and enforce safety standards on site.

Ready to run the whole board? ArkiZion Builders is a licensed design-build and general contracting firm specializing in fast-track commercial fit-outs and institutional projects, with completed work at SM, Ayala, and Ortigas Land locations. We’re looking for a Project Manager to own multiple projects from kickoff to turnover.

Every project we take on is different, so we’re looking for someone who adapts quickly and teaches themselves what they don’t know yet, instead of waiting to be told.

What you’ll do

• Manage several concurrent projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• Prepare and update project schedules and look-ahead plans; recover delays early
• Monitor costs against BOQ/BOM and budget; validate progress billings
• Lead, coach, and assign the site team (foremen and crews)
• Coordinate material and subcontractor requirements with our Logistics Manager
• Serve as main contact for clients, mall/building admins, and consultants
• Process change orders with the Principal Architect while protecting design intent
• Secure work permits and enforce DOLE safety standards on site
• Handle inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation
• Submit weekly status reports to management
• Learn new tools and methods on your own, and bring better ways of working to the team

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Architecture. Civil Engineering graduates are welcome to apply but must have a solid project management background, including architectural finishing.
• At least 2 years of construction management experience (managing projects, not only site supervision)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
• Adaptable: stays effective when sites, scope, and priorities change
• Self-taught learner: picks up new software, standards, and methods on your own initiative
• PRC license is a plus but not required
• Commercial fit-out / mall project experience is an advantage
• Proficient in reading architectural, structural, and MEPF plans
• Knowledge of cost estimating, BOQ, progress billing, and change orders
• Proficient in Google Suite apps and productivity tools; AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
