Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Project Architect to oversee construction projects through pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, a BS in Architecture, and a Professional License. Relocation and on-site work in Marilao Bulacan are expected, with health care and government benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Graduate of BS in Architecture.
• Professional License required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
• Willing to relocate and work on-site in Marilao Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Deploy daily manpower and conduct site walk-throughs of daily accomplishments.
• Prepare technical drawings as per specifications (shop drawings) and material inventory.
• Conduct plan reviews to assess discrepancies from structural to architectural.
• Supervise layout and materials used according to plans and specifications.
• Supervise sub-contractors deployed at site (finishing) and material hauling.
• Prepare Inspection Work Requests (IWR's) and daily accomplishment reports.
• Prepare material samples for approval by the designer.
• Prepare accomplishment reports (sub-con billing).
• Prepare Request for Approval (RFA's) and Request for Information (RFI's).
