HTLand, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our construction team in Mandaue City, Cebu.

This full-time role links the design vision with on-site execution, ensuring architectural standards and quality benchmarks are met throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will oversee the turnover of residential units and amenities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Architect with relevant licensure.
• Experience with residential project handover and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant In-Charge, providing construction support and defect management.
• Coordinate with HO/IC, CMT, QS and Customer Care for unit handover and defect/PMO log.
• Supervise and monitor architectural/MEPF works on-site for compliance with plans and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure finishes meet quality requirements.
• Assist in turnover of residential units, common areas, and amenities.

About the role

HTLand, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic construction team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. As Project Architect, you will serve as a key liaison between the design vision and on-site execution, ensuring that all architectural standards, specifications, and quality benchmarks are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant In-Charge (Assistant IC), providing critical construction support and defect management across the assigned tower.
• Coordinate with HO/IC (Handover/In-Charge), CMT, QS and Customer Care to ensure seamless handover of units to its owners, including scheduling and managing the defect/PMO log and ensuring commitments on timelines for delivery are met.
• Supervise and monitor architectural/MEPF works on-site to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, project standards, and building regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship, materials, and installation methods.
• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to ensure all architectural finishes and works meet project quality requirements.
• Assist in the turnover process of residential units, common areas, and amenities, ensuring all deliverables are completed and accepted.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Registered Architect
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in residential projects handover and QA/QC works
• Willing to work on-site and on a project-based employment
