Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEPF), consultants, and contractors
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design‑related issues
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Assist in project scheduling, cost control, and value engineering
• Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and issue architectural clarifications
• Coordinate revisions and issue updated drawings as required
• Support project close‑out documentation and as‑built drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Underboard / Licensed Architect
• 3–5 years experience in architectural design and project coordination
• Experience in Land Development and Vertical Projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA
