Job description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years professional software development experience, with high technical proficiency in the following languages – Perl, Linux Shell Scripting, .Net, C/C++
• At least 2 years solid commercial experience in Linux development
• Must be able to navigate on a Linux Server and have solid extensive knowledge and experience in all the Linux utilities
• Linux OS Installation, update/patch management preferred but not required
• RPM Repository Maintenance (SVN)
• System Monitoring
• Log/Data file analysis
• Security auditing
• Intrusion Prevention (planning and implementation)
• General systems admin of Linux systems (software update management, config management, shell scripting, scheduling, backup management)
