Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. in Manila is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage on-site Linux and virtualization platforms. You will act as SME on supported technologies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep services running smoothly.

Responsibilities include handling ServiceNow tickets, performing scheduled maintenance, and 24x7 on-call support. The role requires strong RHEL, VMware, automation tools, and scripting skills to troubleshoot complex on-premises

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Strong knowledge of VMware Infrastructure deployment and management.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools AWX, Puppet, and Ansible playbook.
• Knowledge on job scheduler tools such as Autosys.
• Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning in Unix/Linux-based systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in on-premises environments.
• Proficient in scripting and configuration management.
• Knowledge on Solaris OS and CDOMs/LDOMs and OpsCenter.
• Knowledge on Veritas Volume Manager.
• Familiarity with Linux on AWS or Azure cloud is preferred.
