Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in the Philippines seeks a Programme Executive (Healthcare) to coordinate community programmes, manage timelines, and support on-site execution.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, prepare materials, guide volunteers, track participation, and ensure quality, compliance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Service or related discipline.
• Experience in eldercare or healthcare is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare environment.

• Manage programme timelines, resources, and manpower scheduling to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct outreach activities and assist in programme facilitation and on-site execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare or community partners to deliver initiatives.

• Ensure programme quality, compliance, and proper documentation of activities and outcomes.

• Prepare programme materials, communications, and regular progress reports for stakeholders.

• Guide and support volunteers in carrying out programme activities effectively.

• Track client participation and feedback to support programme review and improvement.

• Provide cross-functional support and perform ad-hoc duties as required by the department.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Social Service or related discipline

• Experiences in eldercare / healthcare is an added advantage

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare environment.
