Qualifications

• Must hold PgMP, PMP, or CCM certification.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex engineering and construction programs.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable intelligence for executive leadership.
• Strong expertise in risk management, feasibility analysis, and program controls.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale engineering and construction programs across multiple sites.
• Provide feasibility evaluations and portfolio resource allocation strategies.
• Establish and maintain a consolidated Program Risk Register.
• Deliver regular risk assessments, progress reports, and actionable recommendations.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
