Job summary

Metrobank seeks a Program Manager, Credit Card to lead development and monitoring of Usage programs aligned to card strategies. You will coordinate cross-functional campaigns and manage budget/P&L for card offerings.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business, at least 1 year in Marketing/Business Development/Analytics, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Based in Manila, Consumer Business Sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 1 year in Marketing/Business Development or Business Analytics at officer/manager level.
• Experience in third-party negotiations and account management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Data-driven customer insighting, business analysis and strategy development.
• Curation and orchestration of offers, promos and communications to target segments.
• End-to-end planning, execution and coordination across channels (Digital, SMS, Viber, EDM, MBOA).
• Program budget optimization and management.
• Program/category-specific P&L management.
