Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Economics, Agribusiness Management, Rural Development or related fields.
• At least 7 years of professional and practical experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of rural development programmes.
• Working knowledge (level C) of English.
• Philippines nationality or valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Support the expansion of the programme portfolio and resource mobilization.
• Develop proposals, technical briefs, reports and donor communications.
• Coordinate with consultants and monitor project implementation.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement and donor reporting.
• Participate in fora and field activities; provide capacity development.
