Job summary

San Miguel Global Power seeks a Program Coordinator to develop CSR projects aligned with the Foundation's thrusts in health, education, livelihoods, environment, employee engagement, and sustainability reporting. The role involves cross-site support, concept papers, feasibility studies, and implementation of environmental program plans.

The ideal candidate holds a forestry degree with licensure and 3+ years in social development program design and evaluation, plus strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in forestry; Licensed Forester.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the design and implementation of social development programs.
• Knowledgeable of operations of multilateral organizations and executing agencies will be an advantage.
• Experience in Program Development, Management, and Evaluation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Strong interpersonal, team, and negotiation skills.
