MicroSourcing International is seeking a Program Assurance Officer to oversee site programs across repairs, maintenance, merchandising, and POS. The role requires strong QA/compliance background, advanced Excel skills, and robust stakeholder communication across Australian and Philippine teams.

You will monitor program metrics, facilitate audits, and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality standards and timely closures.

Your Role

As a Program Assurance Officer, you will:

• Monitor and control site programs across repairs, maintenance, merchandising, and POS to ensure alignment with planned cycles.
• Facilitate and schedule audits while maintaining rigorous documentation and data integrity within document control systems.
• Coordinate between internal departments and vendors to track priority actions and ensure consistent quality standards are met.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring failures to identify long-term fixes and maintain a knowledge management repository of best practices.
• Review and report on schedule, cost, scope, and quality metrics to ensure all programs are closed out on time.
• Actively elevate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation plans and owners are identified immediately.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry, with at least 2 years specifically in quality assurance or compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities to develop reports from complex audit data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for confident stakeholder engagement across Australian and Philippine teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience working within an integrated offshore-onshore business model, specifically supporting Australian operations.
• Combined background in both operational execution and administrative document control.
• Proven ability to perform detailed root-cause analysis and trend identification.
• High level of responsiveness and adaptability to changing schedules within the retail or fuel sector.
• Familiarity with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) compliance frameworks.
