Home Credit Philippines is seeking a dedicated FP&A Analyst to deliver in-depth analysis of operating expenses and capital expenditures, supporting budgeting and cost efficiency across the organization. The role collaborates with department heads to track spending, prepares variance analyses, and presents insights to management with actionable recommendations.

With 2+ years in data and financial analysis and experience with SAP Controlling and PowerPoint, you will influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data and financial analysis.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience heading discussions with C-level executives.
• Financial modelling and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with SAP Controlling module.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and consolidating operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Review departmental budget submissions for accuracy and alignment with targets.
• Coordinate with budget owners for data, assumptions, and information.
• Monitor expenditures against budgets, forecasts, and cost drivers; investigate deviations.
• Provide timely analysis of spending trends and risks or opportunities.
• Review monthly results focusing on OPEX performance.
• Prepare variance analysis reports with explanations for deviations.
• Develop financial reports and presentations highlighting trends and indicators.
• Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
