Job summary

A manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor to guide the execution of the production plan and ensure compliance with standards. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of any Engineering course, with or without working experience, and should possess strong leadership and people management skills. This role is based in Batangas City and may include training in production processes.

• Guides, supports, and monitors execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators / production personnel.
• Ensures operator's compliance to standards, company policies, rules and regulations to meet section's KPIs within allocated process/area of responsibility.
