Job summary

You will lead production staff, monitor workflow, drive continuous improvement, and prepare performance reports. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 2+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production planning, process improvement, and manpower supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operators to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate resources to meet output requirements.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and equipment.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team regarding quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to production personnel.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

About the role
