GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production team, ensure daily targets are met, and coach subordinates. The role involves scheduling, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications include a college degree and 2–3 years' experience with strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Proficiency in SAP and safety adherence are essential for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the production team and set direction to achieve daily targets.
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress and priorities to accomplish results.
• Ensure produced goods meet customer quality requirements and resolve production issues.
• Address problems in production and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure equipment is running smoothly and safe per shift; initiate repairs as needed.
• Input raw materials used daily, production output, and deliveries in SAP.
• Maintain proper shift turnover and communication of results to the next shift.
• Uphold health and safety rules during every shift.

About the role

Supervise and set direction to production team to achieve day to day production target. Monitor personnel performance and coach direct subordinates.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises the plant start up and plant shutdown
• Completes daily production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, and accomplish results
• Ensures production of quality products that meets customer requirements
• Addresses problems encountered in production
• Initiates implementation of corrective actions and design countermeasures for process abnormalities
• Ensures operations equipment are running smoothly and in good condition
• Recommends repairs for equipment and requisition for new items
• Ensures proper communication and turnover of tasks, accomplishments and shift results to succeeding shift
• Ensures health and safety rules are complied every shift
• Inputs raw material used daily, production output and deliveries in SAP
