• Monitor and track key production metrics (e.g., output, waste, downtime) and report performance to management.
• Address operational issues or equipment breakdowns that may affect the production schedule, collaborating with maintenance or technical teams when necessary.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are available for production runs and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure that all production output meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and safety regulations.
