Job summary

Axos is seeking an Intermediate Application Support Engineer to maintain enterprise applications in a production setting. The role focuses on .NET-based support, incident handling, troubleshooting, and SQL database management to ensure stability and continuous operation.

You will collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and support releases, deployments, and monitoring activities across the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Software Support, or .NET Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor application performance and respond to production issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution.
• Support release deployments, fixes, and production implementations.
• Work with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze logs, application errors, and database issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Support testing, post-release validation, and production monitoring activities.
