Job summary

You will provide L2 support, monitor performance, analyze logs, collaborate with developers and infra teams, and contribute to change management and documentation in a dynamic, production-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Application/Production Support or .NET development.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs or REST APIs.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL troubleshooting.
• Production environment experience and incident management exposure.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; strong troubleshooting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor application performance and respond to production issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution.
• Support release deployments, fixes, and production implementations.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze logs, application errors, and database issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Support testing, post-release validation, and production monitoring activities.
