Job summary

FIS in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst to sustain production systems used by financial institutions and keep critical services available and secure.

You will monitor applications, investigate incidents, lead root-cause analysis, coordinate across teams, and support AWS migrations. The role is hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual) with Sydney business hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Production support experience with ownership of complex incidents.
• Hands-on AWS experience for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows, SQL Server, networking fundamentals, and structured troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to lead root-cause analysis and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

About the role

As a Senior Production Support Analyst, you will support business-critical software used by financial institutions and help maintain stable, reliable production environments.You will investigate complex incidents, coordinate solutions across technicalteamsand lead improvements to cloud-hosted services. You will also support application releases and the transition of selected services to Amazon Web Services.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications, investigateincidentsand restore service within agreed timelines.
• Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL Server,networksand cloud-hosted environments.
• Lead complex incident investigations, root-causeanalysisand coordination across technical and business teams.
• Lead application release activities, reliability improvements and migration work for services moving to Amazon Web Services.
• Participate in a scheduled weekend on-call rotation to support application availability.

What you bring

Required qualifications

• Significant experiencein production support, applicationsupportor technical support, including ownership of complex incidents.
• Advanced hands-on experience supporting,monitoringand troubleshooting applications hosted on Amazon Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, networkingfundamentalsand structured troubleshooting methods.
• Demonstrated ability to lead root-cause analysis, coordinate multiplestakeholdersand communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Availability toparticipatein a scheduled weekend on-call rotation.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting credit risk or financial risk management applications.
• Experience with monitoring and event-management tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk orBigPanda.
