Job summary

Triquetra Health LLC is seeking a Production Assistant to ensure efficient production execution, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and co-packers to maintain material availability and timely production runs. The role includes tracking inventory, managing POs and BPOs, and supporting SOP creation and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing.
• Experience creating, issuing, and managing Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials and packaging components.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating material deliveries to support production schedules.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and tracking Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) to ensure continuous material availability and prevent stock-outs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify supply chain risks and elevate issues proactively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, and internal departments.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in purchasing, inventory management (raw materials & packaging), and financial tracking.
• Experience tracking invoices and supporting timely financial processing.
• Ability to create, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production execution and ensure timely availability of finished products.
• Create, issue, and manage POs for raw materials and packaging with suppliers and co-packers.
• Manage Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) based on forecasts for 6–12 months and monitor utilization.
• Create and maintain SOPs for production processes.
• Track invoices and ensure timely financial processing for production activities.
• Support compliance projects and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management to ensure smooth operations.
