Job summary

Paladin Labs Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced materials planner to oversee production and material planning, inventory control, and dispatch scheduling. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet monthly commitments and ensure OTIF targets.

The successful candidate will analyze production and inventory data, drive continuous improvement, and prepare routine MIS reports on KPIs. Compliance with safety and ISO standards is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Production planning, material planning, inventory control and dispatch planning.
• Meet site OTIF targets. Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team. Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.
• Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.
• Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects.
• Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability.
• Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets.
• Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including KPIs and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S.

Job Description Delivery

Meet site OTIF targets Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met. Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.

Material planning

Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability. Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials

Inventory management

Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets. Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process.

Timely escalation

Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions. Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails

Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement

Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity

MIS

Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Compliance and Safety

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S
