Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and 2–3 years in supervisory roles, preferably in FMCG or food production; willing to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, food tech, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or production operations.
• 2–3 years in supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in directing production across Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line, Dispatching and Distribution to ensure on-time, right quality, and food safety at best cost.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
